From 1970 until 1982, Swag was an attitude that inspired defiance. Swag was an expression of one’s inner beliefs and trustworthiness. It was a way of life. Then during the dot-com years of the 90s, Swag morphed. Swag came to represent cheap t-shirts, pens, and plastic water bottles that we threw in little tote bags and never looked at again. Swag lost its swagger. Long gone were the years that Swag stood for something of substance.
