Order Terms And Conditions
QUOTES: All quotes are valid 15 days from the date originally quoted. If the purchase order deviates from the quote, DAS reserves the right to review and modify the quote once the order configuration is confirmed. This includes but is not limited to size, quantity, copies and artwork.
PRICES: Shipping costs, special packaging and any applicable sales taxes are additional costs. If tax exempt, certificate must be on file with the DAS accounting department or submitted with the purchase order.
SETUPS: Included in quote. Copy changes quoted.
TERMS: Credit terms can be established with the DAS credit department. Without an established account, DAS requests advance payment for the first three orders via wire transfer, check, cash, American Express, MasterCard, Discover or Visa. Credit card orders are subject to a 3% up charge. Deposits may be required for certain products and/or projects. If terms are extended and payment is not made, the customer shall be responsible for any collection fees incurred in obtaining full payment.
SHIPPING: Unless specific instructions are given, shipment will be made at our discretion via the best possible method in order to meet the given deadline. DAS is not responsible for damage suffered in transit. All products are shipped at the purchasers’ risk and are considered in acceptable condition when accepted by the transportation company. Customer should file claims immediately with the carrier for loss or damage. Estimated shipping dates set forth in Order Acknowledgements are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Any changes made to an existing order are subject to a change in the estimated ship date. If customer requires an order by a set date; special shipping arrangements must be made by written agreement with an authorized representative of DAS.
PARTIAL SHIPMENTS: DAS reserves the right to make partial shipments. Partial shipments are to be paid on standard terms upon receipt of invoice.
INSPECTION BY CUSTOMER: Customer shall carefully inspect all deliveries of products as they are received and report to DAS within five (5) calendar days after receipt of shipment with any alleged error, defect or non-conformity of such products. Any failure by customer to inspect and report shall constitute a waiver by customer of any claim or right of customer against DAS arising with respect to any such error, defect or nonconformity which was reasonably discoverable by such inspection. No returns are allowable without prior consent and specific shipping instructions issued by the factory along with a return authorization number, given by DAS, to be clearly marked on the packaging.
OVERRUN/UNDERRUN: Manufacturing production standards allow for 5% overrun/underrun for promotional products and 10% for print work due to quality control. The customer will be billed for the exact quantity shipped.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are subject to charges for labor, material, and for any work completed prior to date of cancellation.
CHANGE ORDER: Any changes or change orders must be in writing and are subject to DAS approval. Additional charges and delayed production time may occur.
RUSH ORDERS: Any order that requires special scheduling outside of normal DAS production schedule, discussed at the time of order entry, may be subject to up charges and factory compliance.
PHONE ORDERS: Phone orders for custom orders are not accepted. The customer is provided with a quote and terms and conditions. These apply to your order unless you have a separate written agreement.
PPE ORDERS: Any orders that pertains to the sale Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are final sale and are not available for return or refund.
PAYMENTS: For orders of $10,000 or more, payment must be made via check, ACH or wire transfer. Credit cards will not be accepted.
COLORS: A signed proof is required before any work begins. The computer-generated proof is a good representation of how the color will appear on the final printed product; however, it is not an exact match. Orders needing PMS matching (Color(s) designated will be matched as closely as possible) are subject to an additional charge. Certain ink colors may vary based on the material being printed.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between DAS and customer. No amendments of these terms and conditions shall be valid unless made in writing and accepted by DAS.
