  • Prepare sales proposals and presentations for new and existing clients
  • Prepare sales plans and strategies for clients
  • Participate in networking events to meet potential new clients
  • Manage client relationships
  • Target potential clients, develop relationships to acquire new accounts
  • Act as mentors for assigned interns
  • Prepare sales proposals and presentations for new and existing clients
  • Place orders with manufacturers on behalf of sales rep and client
  • Monitor orders in production to ensure they meet specified deadlines
  • Interface with clients regarding their orders (answering questions, providing timelines, and collecting payment)
  • Order supplies for the office and warehouse
  • Product inventory on any arriving shipments; package and label shipments to send
  • Organize fun events for the office including celebrations of major life events (anniversary parties, baby showers, birthdays) and team building (fantasy football drafts, one-on-one jeopardy events)
  • Collaborate with sales reps, account managers, clients, and vendors to create designs for a wide range of clientele
  • Create various print, apparel, and promotional item designs per client requests
  • Set up product proofs with specific imprint sizes, imprint locations, Pantone colors, etc.
  • Prepare all in-house and outside artwork for print in accordance with vendor specifications
  • Meet and correspond with clients regarding art-related requests, inquiries, and timelines
  • Logo and branding design for new clients; occasional rebrand for existing clients
  • Re-create low resolution logos or designs received from client as vector art
